Yolanda Lu is a senior associate of Garrigues China. She specializes in the fields of M&A, general corporate and compliance matters, labor, intellectual property and corporate financing, most of the transactions are internationally oriented.

Yolanda has pursued her professional career since 1998 with more than 20 years experience. She has advised multinational enterprises in their investment projects in China, cross-border transactions as well as daily business operations, and has advised outbound investment projects of Chinese companies. She has advised clients in the sectors of manufacturing, banking and finance, petrochemical industry, energy, trading, transportation, retailing and education, etc.

Prior to Garrigues China, Yolanda worked in top tier Chinese law firms in Beijing for years.

Yolanda holds National Certificate of Qualification for Legal Practice of the People’s Republic of China (1997).

In addition to Chinese mandarin and English, Yolanda also has a good command of Korean language.
