Antonio Viñuela is the partner in charge of the Garrigues offices in the Canary Islands and of the Canary Islands tax practice. He has pursued his entire career from 1992 at the firm. He specializes in advising family business Groups, tax law, global advice to business groups and SMEs, restructuring and refinancing processes. He is a recognized expert on all aspects of the Canary Islands tax and economic Regime (REF). He is a member of the Tax and Economic Regime Chair at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Corporate Income Tax Group of Experts and the Spanish Tax Advisors Asociation (AEDAF). He is a lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Taxation at Universidad del Atlantico Medio.
