He has participated in numerous transactions involving the sale and purchase of properties, office buildings, industrial warehouses, hotels, residential developments, shopping malls, student residences, homes for the elderly, as well as property development companies.

His clients mainly include international investors, investment funds, real estate companies, developers and construction companies, financial institutions, industrial corporations, hotel operators as well as leading institutions and corporate clients. He also works with financial institutions, providing expert advice on processes to acquire properties as a result of refinancing or foreclosure and on the management of their real estate assets and divestments.

He has extensive experience in negotiating the following types of agreements: sale and purchase, investment, joint venture, sale & leaseback, urban lease, delegated development, real estate financing, management, and marketing, as well as construction contracts and technical contracts (project management, engineering, etc.).

Héctor Muñoz received his Law degree from Univesidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid, 1995.
