Mafalda Ferreira Costa is a senior associate in the Tax Department of Garrigues Portugal, where she works in the tax litigation area. She has a Law degree from the Lisbon University Law School, and a Post-Graduate diploma in Tax Law from the Portuguese Catholic University.

She has a vast experience in tax litigation and consultancy, having provided legal advice to several companies on tax, corporate and real estate matters. She has dedicated the last years to tax disputes, having extensive and diversified experience in the different stages that comprise them, from their start in the inspection phase to their conclusion in administrative, judicial or arbitration proceedings.
