Partner on GARRIGUES’ Tax Law Department since 2009, after joining Arthur Andersen, Asesores Legales y Tributarios in 1996, he has developed his entire professional career within the Firm.
In other words, he has more than 25 years to his credit in the field of tax advisory services.
He is specialized on Tax and Accounting Law, and provides ongoing advice to companies from different industries (industrial sector, real estate sector, etc.) regarding such areas.
Furthermore, he also has extensive expertise in advising on tax investigation and control processes, advice on tax proceedings in the financial and contentious-administrative spheres, advice to family wealth and on tax review proceedings.
He has provided tax advice on many restructuring, acquisitions and refinancing transactions.
