He is an expert advising on the labor-law related aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and on all of the processes deriving from such transactions: reorganizations and restructuring, business successions, harmonizing collective labor agreements, senior management contracts, etc.
