Antonio ("Toño") Ciprés is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where he has worked since 2016, having previously been practiced in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of a“magic circle” law firm. He specializes in all types of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and in financing and refinancing transactions, having extensive experience in a broad range of sectors such as real estate, energy and agribusiness, among others. Antonio Ciprés Reula is a principal associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.
He has extensive experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence processes. He has participated in numerous sales and purchases of companies and corporate restructuring transactions, in which he has advised both Spanish and foreign clients, including private equity funds, banks and industrial companies from a wide range of sectors.
Antonio provides advice on all kinds of financing and refinancing transactions, acting as an adviser to both finance providers and recipients.
He also provides recurring advice on corporate and contract law matters to major companies in different industries.
