Toni Sendra is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department at Garrigues, where he has spent his professional career following a stint at Bufete Martínez-Aynat.

He specializes in labor law, particularly in the banking, retail, chemicals and automotive sectors.

Among other areas, he is an expert on collective bargaining matters, taking in everything from collective labor agreements to modifications of working conditions and personnel restructuring. He is the go-to lawyer for some of Spain’s leading financial institutions and a number of automobile manufacturers.

Toni also provides recurring labor and employment advisory services to the above entities, as well as other major companies.

In addition, he has acted in some of the most high-profile legal proceedings in relation to the abovementioned sectors.

Toni has taught classes as an associate lecturer at various business schools as an expert in the labor and employment law field.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
