He has extensive experience in civil litigation and arbitration, in various areas, including construction, commercial and infringement disputes. He is also involved in antitrust litigation before the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia, representing clients in disputes in various relevant markets.

He also advises on a recurring basis on contractual matters, both at the contractual and pre-contractual stages, as well as in pre-judicial negotiations.

He also serves as the Secretary of Arbitral Tribunals of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago.

He worked as a professor in the department of Civil Procedural Law at the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.

He was assistant professor in the department of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law at the Universidad Diego Portales from 2020 to 2022, where he also works as assistant of different courses in the departments of Criminal Law and Procedural Law.
