Beatriz Cuevas Almoguera has been a partner in the commercial law department of Garrigues since 2022, having joined the firm in 2004. She started working in 2001 in the corporate department of EY and joined Garrigues in 2004. She specialises in Commercial Contracts and Corporate Law, Finance and Banking Law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions. She has participated in several of the main financing and M&A transactions in Malaga in recent years.

She also has extensive experience in the structuring and execution of transnational corporate transactions and in the negotiation of international agreements, advising in coordination with lawyers from other jurisdictions.

His clients are companies active, among others, in the food and consumer products, franchising, tourism, online gaming and digital business sectors.
