His clients belong to diverse sectors such as distribution, education, chemical industry, iron and steel, automotive, technology, transport, press, insurance, etc.
Throughout his professional career he has been involved in a wide range of matters such as collective bargaining processes, labor restructuring, reorganizations and merger and integration operations, collective dismissals, insolvency proceedings, procedures for the suspension of contracts and collective modifications of working conditions, senior management, complex remuneration systems, etc. He has extensive experience in litigation, having been involved in numerous disputes and collective disputes before all levels of the courts.
Begoña de Frutos is a member of the Bizkaia Bar Association and a regular speaker at numerous courses, conferences and seminars organized by the firm or by various centers related to employment and social security law.
She regularly participates in forums specializing in labor law together with other legal professionals such as magistrates of the social jurisdiction, labor inspectors, professors, etc.
