Carlos Arias López is a principal associate in the Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where he practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and security markets. He has extensive experience advising national and international clients from various industries on corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate restructurings. He also has experience in aquaculture matters.

Degree in Law and Social Sciences from the University of Chile and LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College London.
