She has extensive experience in M&A deals, private equity, corporate governance, as well as in mergers, spin-offs and business reorganizations, particularly of family businesses. She has providing ongoing advice to companies on corporate law matters, including acting as secretary to boards of directors, arranging and executing corporate transactions, preparing and negotiating all kinds of contracts, shareholders’ agreements, business collaboration agreements, etc., especially in these industries:
