Cristina Bosa is a senior associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law practice in the Canary Islands having joined Garrigues in 2005.
Specialized in Commercial Law, mainly in matters related to Commercial Contracts and Company and Corporate Law, she has extensive experience advising family groups, real estate law, M&A, agri-food law and the prevention of money laundering in sectors such as education, tourism and logistics among others.
Said experience and having trained in France and England allow her to understand the particularities of companies and investors in acquisition and sale processes, mergers and establishment of companies.
Cristina graduated from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE E-1), she has a Master's in Management (MIM) from the ESCP Business School and is a member of the Santa Cruz de la Palma Bar Association.
Experience
Cristina Bosa is a senior associate of the Corporate/Commercial Law practice in the Canary Islands.
With more than 17 years of practice, she has solid experience in operations related to company law, corporate conflict, advice on the reorganization of business groups and family businesses, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, agri-food law and prevention of money laundering as well as commercial and civil contracts.
She has extensive experience advising on the management of the Secretariat of the board of directors to first-rate companies in the Canary Islands, whether performing the functions of non-advisor secretary of the administrative body or as legal advisor.
As part of her experience in commercial contracting and corporate law, she has intervened in numerous corporate conflict processes as well as in various corporate restructurings. She has also participated in the negotiation and formalization of purchase and sale contracts, mergers of companies, contracts or protocols of partners or shareholders and investment agreements.
She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
