Daniel Muñoz joined the Firm in 2006 and is a partner in the Tax Department.
He has extensive experience in providing tax advice relating to international taxation and to the specific issues of multinational groups in the digital economy and audiovisual sectors.
He has also participated on a recurring basis in advisory services relating to tax inspection proceedings as well as to economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings.

Daniel Muñoz joined the Firm in 2006 and is a partner in the Tax Department.
He has extensive experience in providing tax advice relating to Spanish investments abroad, foreign investments in Spain and, in general, on the tax treatment of nonresidents. His professional practice has allowed him to specialize as well as in the specific tax issues that arise for multinational groups in the digital economy and the audiovisual sectors.
His experience has also enabled him to participate on a recurring basis in advisory services relating to tax inspection proceedings as well as to economic-administrative and judicial review proceedings.
Academic background
Degree in Law and in Economics and Business Studies, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).
Teaching activity
Daniel collaborates on a regular basis with Garrigues’ Centro de Estudios in different post-graduate programs.
