He provides professional services both to companies in tax advice in tax and accounting closing processes, as well as to individuals in Wealth Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax and Personal Income Tax.

He is actively involved in advising partially exempt entities on special tax regimes.

In recent years, he has specialised in the handling of inspection procedures, as well as in the legal management of numerous administrative and contentious-administrative appeals arising from inspection actions, particularly in matters related to carousel fraud procedures, family businesses, inheritance tax, etc., as well as collection actions, especially procedures for the derivation of liability.

In addition, he advises on some of the relevant regional legislation procedures brought by the Xunta de Galicia (Galician Regional Government).

• Degree in Law from Universidad de Vigo, majoring in economics and business studies.
• Master's Degree in Tax Consulting from Centro de Estudios Financieros.
• Excellence Award at the end of Degree.

He has given courses and seminars on tax theory and practice.

He is a regular lecturer in several courses and seminars organised by various public and private entities, such as IESIDE, the Provincial Confederation of Businessmen of Orense, the Association of Economists of Pontevedra, Abanca and Garrigues.

He has collaborated as a trainer at the University of Vigo and with the Fundación Tripartita.
