Elisa Caldeiro has been a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department since September 1998, where she practices in the areas of labor and employment and social security law, particularly in the field of labor and employment litigation. Experience
Elisa Caldeiro is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues, having joined the firm in September 1998.
She has extensive experience in all areas of labor and social security law: ongoing advice, legal representation of companies in all types of individual and collective proceedings before the labor courts, representation of companies in proceedings initiated by the employment and social security inspection authorities, collective bargaining (heading the negotiations of numerous company collective labor agreements), collective layoffs, collective modification of working conditions, labor union elections, etc.
The advisory services she provides cover recurring advice to companies in a wide range of industries: chemical industry, perfumery, consulting, distribution, advertising, securities market, metal industry, catering, contact centers, etc.
She lecturers on the Executive Master’s Degree in Labor Relations and the Master’s Degree in Fashion Business & Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
