Elisa Carrera Peña is a principal associate in the Tax Law practice of Garrigues, having joined the Vigo Office in 2009.
She has extensive experience in providing advice on tax and accounting matters to all kinds of companies, including listed companies, and in the area of personal and net wealth tax.
She heads the transfer pricing area in Galicia, being a lawyer of reference in advisory on the pricing of related-party transactions and the performance of different types of transfer pricing projects.
Elisa has a Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-2) and an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law.

Since she joined the firm, she has specialized in the transfer pricing practice and is currently in charge of that practice in Galicia, having become a lawyer of reference in advising on the pricing of related-party transactions, the design and analysis of transfer pricing policies in international groups, and the performance of global documentation projects in relation to corporate groups. In this regard, she has performed numerous transfer pricing documentation projects for some of the most important companies in Galicia, and participated in different tax inspection proceedings involving related-party transactions.
She provides tax and accounting advice to all kinds of companies, including listed companies, and in the area of personal and net wealth tax. Elisa is a leading advisor in the fashion and fishing industries.
Moreover, she provides ongoing advice in tax due diligence reviews and company valuation processes.
