- Advising financial institutions in transactions related to the management and transfer of real estate assets and servicing agreements.

Teaching activity
Estefanía has participated as a speaker in courses at the Barcelona Bar Association, specializing in leases, and in the Real Estate Law Intensification courses at ESADE, especially on topics related to sale and purchase, leases and build-to-rent transactions.
