Francisco Sánchez Baeza is a partner in the Tax Law Department of Garrigues in Murcia.

Francisco Sánchez is a partner in the Tax Law Department of Garrigues in Murcia, where he has developed his professional career after working for Arthur Andersen.
He specialises in tax law, especially in the agri-food and industrial sectors. He has also participated in numerous M&A operations and is a recognised expert in Accounting Law and Family Business Consultancy.
Among other fields, he is an expert in estate planning for business families, both in terms of tax aspects related to the management and succession of family wealth, as well as in the drafting of family business protocols and the implementation of family councils that channel the will of the ownership of family businesses.
He actively participates in the analysis and design of measures that allow the business fabric of the Region of Murcia to optimise the management of their businesses and assets, being a great connoisseur of the problems that characterise this type of companies.
On the other hand, his extensive experience has allowed him to collaborate with multinational groups present in the Region, satisfying the information and advice needs that these investors require, facilitating their relations with the Tax Administration.

Teaching activity
He is a lecturer in several Masters and Courses, among others: "University Master in Business Management" organised by the University of Murcia, the "Executive Master in Business Management" managed by the Association for the Progress of Management (APD), or the "Course in Family Business Management" organised by the Chair of Family Business and the Murcian Association of Family Business (Amefmur).
He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organised by the firm and various specialised centres (University of Murcia, Chamber of Commerce, Association of Economists, etc.).

He is a member of the Association of Economists of Murcia and actively collaborates in legal and tax matters with various professional and business associations such as the Círculo de Economía de la Región de Murcia, the Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección, the Asociación Murciana de Empresa Familiar (Amefmur), the Chamber of Commerce, Croem, etc.).
