Gonzalo de las Heras joined the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice in 2011. He has been a principal associate since January 2022.

He has extensive experience in both civil and commercial court proceedings. His professional practice is particularly focused on the area of private law, in which he has handled and defended cases involving the law on obligations and contracts, damages, unfair competition, intellectual property and inheritance matters.

He also regularly acts in criminal proceedings relating to white collar and corporate crime as well as to intellectual and industrial property. Likewise, he has had occasion to participate in numerous insolvency proceedings.

During this professional career he has defended the interests of large companies and financial institutions.

Executive Master’s in Business Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues in conjunction with Harvard Law School.
