Guillermo García Nerín joined Garrigues in September 2013 in the Labor and Employment Department of the Madrid office, and moved to the Santa Cruz de Tenerife office in January 2017. He is, since 2019, senior associate in that practice.
He has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to businesses on labor and social security legislation. An expert in labor law advisory services to businesses and defending companies at the labor courts, he also has broad experience in special labor relations (top management, artists and athletes), contract termination procedures, modification of working conditions, and the labor law impact of mergers, acquisitions and other workforce transfer phenomena. He works extensively in connection with collective bargaining processes, strikes, labor law due diligences and equality plans.
