At a professional level, he has participated in (i) drafting of legislative projects at regional level; (ii) the legal direction of a significant number of contentious-administrative proceedings before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union; and (iii) the direction of a significant number of urban development actions of major economic importance in the Valencian Community and Murcia.

It is equally significant his intervention as Mediator appointed by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.

• Degree in Law, majoring in public law, from Universidad de Valencia.
• Postgraduate certificate in research (1994) after completing the administrative law doctorate courses at Universidad de Valencia and registration of a doctoral thesis entitled: “Industry regulation from a public law standpoint”.

Since 2012 Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Valencia teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of Administrative Law and related subjects (Urban Planning Law, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Process).

Since 2019 Coordinator of the Administrative Law Module in the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession taught by the Catholic University of Valencia.

Prior to holding these positions he has been (1) Associate Professor at the University of Valencia, Faculty of Law, Department of Administrative Law; (2) Collaborating Professor at the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP); (3) Collaborating Professor at the Valencian Institute of Public Administration (IVAP); He has also taught at Business Schools in official and own masters (ADEIT, Centro de Estudios Luis Vives, Fundación Universidad Empresa de la Universidad de Alicante) and has a recurrent participation as a lecturer and/or speaker at professional conferences related to the Urban Planning and Public Procurement field.

He is a mediator accredited by the General Council of the Judiciary and as such a member of the Court of Mediation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Valencia.

He has been a member of the Valencia Bar Association, Administrative Law and Urban Planning Section from 2015 to 2022.

From 2012 to the present he appears in the repertoire of Best Lawyer in different specialties related to Administrative Law, and in 2014, 2018 and 2020 he was awarded as "Best Lawyer of the Year", by this publication in the Specialty of Urbanism and Administrative Law.
