Juan Bolea Meroño is a partner in the tax law department of Garrigues in Murcia, where he has developed his professional career following his time at KPMG Estudio Jurídico y Tributario, S.L..

He specialises in tax law, providing tax advice to companies in various sectors (distribution, automotive, agri-food, tourism, industrial, real estate, etc.). He has also participated in numerous M&A operations and is a recognised expert in Accounting Law and Tax Procedures.

Among other fields, he is an expert in the taxation of family businesses, tax planning, taxation of business restructuring operations, sale and purchase of companies, reviews of the tax situation and tax procedures and appeals.

He is also a speaker at seminars and conferences organised by the firm and various public and private organisations and institutions.
