Manuel Liberal Jerónimo is a counsel in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Contracts at Garrigues Portugal.

He has vast experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, having played an active role in national and cross-border transactions. He also has wide experience in International Commercial Contracts (in particular, Distribution Contracts) and Consumer Law. He also develops an important activity in the area of Technology and Privacy..

Before joining Garrigues, Manuel Liberal Jerónimo was a lawyer and managing associate at the firm PLMJ Oporto, where he commenced his professional career as as intern lawyer in 2005.
