Pilar del Peso Moya has been a senior associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department of Garrigues since 2020, and practices in the areas of commercial contracts, corporate law, regulatory and securities market law, and family business. She has experience in processes for the creation, re-registration, merger and acquisition of all kinds of commercial entities, in all legal forms, as well as in processes for the negotiation and formalization of commercial contracts and M&A deals, at both national and international level, business group restructurings, and family business planning and restructuring processes. She specializes in commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance and securities market law, as well as family business matters. She has experience in processes for the creation, re-registration, merger and acquisition of all kinds of commercial entities, in all legal forms.
She has participated in the negotiation and formalization of Spanish and international commercial contracts. She has also taken part in numerous business group restructuring processes. She offers ongoing corporate law advice to the managing bodies of commercial entities from a range of production sectors, providing all legal services inherent in corporate operations.
She advised on the process for listing on the Spanish Alternative Equity Market (now BME Growth) of the two Seville companies whose shares are currently listed. In the family business area, she has experience in planning and restructuring processes.
