Mireia del Pozo is a partner in Garrigues' Administrative Department in the Barcelona office. She holds a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and a Masters degree in territorial and urban studies from the Public Administration School of the Generalitat de Catalunya, which qualifies her as an Urban Planning Technician. Specialized in urban planning and real estate, she is regularly involved in urban development operations in all their phases (planning, development and discipline), in real estate projects, in consumer affairs and, in general, in any administrative law matter, including administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings. She has spent a large part of her career at Garrigues, from 1999 to 2018, rejoining as a partner in 2023. She participates as a lecturer in various master's and postgraduate programs specialized in urban planning and administrative law.

Mireia del Pozo is a partner in the Administrative Department of Garrigues in the Barcelona office. She has spent a large part of her professional career at Garrigues, from 1999 to 2018, rejoining as a partner in 2023.
She is specialized in urban planning and real estate law, participating regularly in the different phases of the urban planning process:
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams for the drafting of urban planning.
- Drafting replotting projects, in collaboration with the corresponding technical teams.
- Giving advice on the processing of segregation, works and activity licenses. In particular, she has extensive experience in commercial urban planning projects, advising companies in the commercial distribution sector on the implementation of their establishment and subsequent management.
- Giving advice on expropriation and urban planning discipline procedures.
She also participates in matters related to any other administrative law issue: public domain concessions, consumers, environment, etc., and assumes the legal direction in contentious-administrative proceedings.
