Noelia Alonso is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Garrigues, where she has developed her entire professional career since joining the firm in 2016.

She has experience in advising on pre-litigation and litigation matters before numerous courts throughout Spain. Among her most notable specialisations are those related to civil and commercial contract law, as well as in the field of tourism in general and the hotel sector in particular, advising numerous national and international companies in this industry. She also has experience in advising on banking litigation.

In her professional activity she has been involved in highly complex litigation, including, among others:

• Litigation in the field of banking law in defence of financial institutions and, in particular, in proceedings brought by consumers and users in relation to general terms and conditions of contract.
