Victoria Esteban del Palacio has been a partner in the administrative law, planning and zoning practice since 2023 and has pursued her career at the firm since 2006.

She has extensive experience in the energy field, both in the electricity and hydrocarbons industries, and, in particular, in connection with renewable energy and cogeneration projects and other technologies (green hydrogen, etc.). She provides recurring advice from an administrative, environmental and regulatory standpoint to developers in connection with the authorizations and permits that are required to build and operate a facility in these sectors, and ad hoc advice on sale and purchase projects and other corporate transactions, as well as in financing operations.

She advises on matters related to the environment, such as waste, water, effluents, air emissions, noise pollution, protection of natural areas, contaminated land, environmental responsibility, energy efficiency and on zoning law (planning, zoning agreements, licenses).

She also provides assistance in all types of administrative proceedings, including penalty proceedings and lawsuits in this area.

Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).

Master’s Degree in Advanced Energy Law ENERCLUB.

As regards her teaching experience, she was assistant lecturer on the law course of the Regulated Industries Program at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
